• Overhead Crane – 10 Tons capacity – 1 No.

• Chain Pulley Block – Indef make – 2 Nos. (5 Tons & 3 tons each)

If necessary we are in position to increase the machining capacity / Handling capacity as per customer’s requirement.

 LIST OF INSPECTION INSTRUMENTS 

TESTING FACILITIES

• We have a separate Hydraulic Power Pack with counter to check each Hydraulic Cylinder at least to a minimum of 500 cycles of operations.

• Hydraulic Manifolds are being tested for proper functioning before put into the circuitry.

• The material is tested for chemical, ultrasonic test required hardness with the help of outside source.
• The fabricated structures are subjected to D. P. Testing.
• All components subjected to stage wise inspection, we conduct line inspection & final inspection before assembly. The final ready product will be checked to rated capacity and 25% overload.
